Fibroids Treatment Plan for Life

Updated: Aug 16, 2025

GET RID OF FIBROIDS FOREVER!

Have a hysterectomy!

THAT IS THE ONLY REAL “CURE”!

This post is intended to share insight into my journey treating fibroids, which are benign uterine tumors. I have opted for a hysterectomy after growing tired of ongoing treatments. This decision may not be right for everyone—only you and your doctor can determine what works best for you.

Additionally, I discovered that people who claimed to be “cured” or to have the remedy to treat fibroids were:

  • sellers

  • (desperate) buyers who jumped to conclusions after using a product(s) for a couple of days, weeks, or months

  • never diagnosed with fibroids

  • people who did not even know anyone who had tumors

  • users who had some type of surgery or other medical intervention

  • delusional (They thought their minds, hearts, or tongues had so much power that the fibroids simply disappeared.) I know I cannot believe myself into being fat, skinny, rich, beautiful, or anything else. If that were true, should not I believe myself into being healthy or whatever, all the time? Do not tell me, those moments of them being unhealthy were a result of them walking off that imaginary line, right? Yeah, right!

The reality is, as soon as the doctor diagnoses someone with fibroids, the very least they should do is examine their SEEDS: Sleep, Eats, Exercises, Drinks, and Supplements—along with other health-related routines.

If they reject surgery, they must commit to a lifelong treatment plan. Think of it like how diabetics should follow a strict regimen. If they do not, they often face additional health issues, including life-threatening ones.

Some of the problems individuals with fibroids encounter are:

  • spotting

  • extended periods

  • heavier periods

  • off-cycle periods

  • bloating

  • abdominal pressure or pain

  • heavy pelvic area

  • low iron

  • low blood

  • insomnia

  • distended organs

  • compressed organs

  • constipation

  • straining, even without constipation

  • hemorrhoids

  • frequent urination

  • urgency to urinate

  • incontinence (It might not be an issue for most of us. Because our uteri can retain water, our discharge and periods might increase and become watery—leading some doctors to suggest we are experiencing urine leakage. Do not repeat that like I did. You should know if you are peeing on yourself.)

Fibroids tend to grow faster and multiply when left untreated. That is why it is important to have a long-term strategy to manage them—whether they are present or not. That same principle applies to alternative surgeries.

The Fibroids Journey

I have been successfully treating fibroids since 2003, but it took me ten or more years to finally decide to create a life plan. Abiding by it continues to be challenging.

Before I started the fibroids treatment lifestyle, I got a complete health checkup—I still do so as necessary. Generally, I stick to the following healthy habits daily:

  1. Avoid added sugar, heavily processed, high-glycemic index, hormonal imbalance, and allergy-causing food and bad health habits.

  2. Consume 1 lb of 1 type of fruit, 1 lb of vegetables, 3 ozs of greens,  1-2 ozs of nuts, and 3-6 ozs of poultry or fish daily; and 2 servings of gluten-free grains with a ½ cup of legumes on Saturdays.

  3. Eat raw foods at least 33-66% of the time.

  4. Maximize digestion by eating at the same times; not drinking and talking while eating to chew food properly; having traditional fruit—not sweet fruit—and nuts for breakfast and protein with greens, grains (weekends), and vegetables for lunch and dinner; and exercising before meals.

  5. Control stress, sleep regularly, and exercise 3 times for ½ an hour (bike, full body twists, and speed walk). Ideally, prefer to eat, drink, and sleep when the body tells me, but the setup of life is for the demands of the real world.

  6. Enhance the body with supplements. Started with the below, and then switched to the groups so that the body does not get accustomed to the regimen or to keep the treatments working:

    1. Women Multivitamins 1/day just before breakfast

    2. Vitamin C 500 mg 2/day just before breakfast

    3. Dog Blood Bush (Rivina Humilis) 1 tsp/cup/day ½ an hour before breakfast (and bed during menstruation)

    4. B Complex Vitamins (1-7, 12) 1/day just before lunch

    5. Iron 28 mg/day just before lunch

    6. Myo & D-Chiro Inositol 2050 mg 2/day just before lunch

    7. Omega 3-6-9 2400 mg 2/day just before lunch

    8. Black Cohosh 540 mg 2/day for 3 months (not more than 6 months)

    9. Vitex (Chaste Tree) 400 mg 2/day just before dinner

    10. N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) 600 mg/day just before dinner

    11. Vitamin E 400 IUs/day just before dinner

    12. Castor Oil Pack (worked wonders on the hemorrhoids and cysts) 1 oiled pad in the area of the fibroids daily or as needed, changing the pad every 3 or 4 days

Before the steps outlined above, begin the treatment with the following foundational practices. Repeat the cleanses and fasts at the start of each three- or six-month cycle:

  1. Do a 2-day tea, water, nuts, and soup cleanse (7:30 am-10 pm). For the first ½ an hour, have freshly boiled greens (tea) with lime; every hour or other hour have 8 ozs of warm lime garlic water; tea, water, nuts, tea, nuts, water, vegetable soup, nuts, tea, nuts, water, vegetable soup, nuts, tea, water, and tea. The total liquid from drinks is at least ½ my body weight.

  2. Do a 1-day fruit cleanse. Drink water before and between meals and before bed.

  3. Do a 3-day, 1 gallon juice, tea, and water fast, taking iron supplements because of severe anemia.

  4. Do a 1-day vegetable cleanse. Drink water before and between meals and before bed.

  5. Do a 7-day parasitic cleanse with regular diet. Repeat it every 6 months.

    • Black Walnut and Wormwood tincture 4 droppers/day for 7 days just before breakfast and bed

  6. Do a 1-month yeast infection treatment with regular meals (only at the start of each treatment cycle if required).

    • Candida supplement 2/day for 1 month just before breakfast

Every three months, replace Black Cohosh or other supplements with one from the list below, as most medicinal herbs are not meant for long-term use. Follow the instructions on the bottle. (The resources below include these and other supplements not used):

  1. Bladderwrack; for menstrual health, inflammation

  2. Burdock; for cleansing

  3. Cayenne Pepper; for cleansing

  4. Dandelion Root; for cleansing, inflammation

  5. Diindolylmethane (DIM); for menstrual health

  6. Dong Quai; for menstrual health

  7. Elderberry; for inflammation

  8. Evening Primrose Oil; for menstrual health, inflammation

  9. Feverfew; for menstrual health

  11. Linden; HEAVY BLEEDING

  12. Red Clover; for menstrual health

  13. Sarsaparilla; for menstrual health

  14. Siberian Ginseng; for HEAVY BLEEDING

To wrap up, I did a health checkup before I began the fibroids (benign womb tumors) health plan and follow up with a doctor when needed. I practice healthy lifestyle habits, take daily supplements, and do cleanses and fasts at the beginning of each treatment cycle (3-6 months). After all, I have to free my system of the processed supplements (and seasonings) I consume. I also do other treatments as required, such as drinking iron tonics or fresh tea.

Consult a specialist about uterine fibroids; examine your SEEDS; and establish a treatment plan that you can maintain for life—or until menopause. Otherwise, a hysterectomy is the only “cure.”

I am set to do my surgery on July 30, 2025. Today is July 11, 2025, and I just watched a video by licensed chiropractitioner Dr. Eric Berg claiming that fibroids could be eliminated by using the following supplements (links below). However, I did not try them because I am tired of experimenting with supplements—uncertain if or how they will work or affect my body in the long run.

  • Vitamin D3 up to 50,000 IUs per day

  • Vitamin K2

  • Magnesium

  • 2-2 ½ liters of water per day

  • Zinc

  • (Calcium metioned by patient, not doctor)

Update on Surgery

I had the sugery as noted. It was performed by the amazing Dr. Sara Beth Gibson and her medical team. They successfully removed the massive, 22-year-old, 7-pound fibroid uterus. If I had opted for the surgery sooner, it would have been done laparoscopically or another non-invasive method. Instead, I have a vertical incision on my abdomen with over 20 staples and countless stitches. One consequence of waiting so long was that surrounding organs were attached to the uterus, making the procedure more difficult for the medical staff and putting my life at risk. In fact, Dr. Gibson had to leave fragments of my ovaries to avoid further damage. Again, you and your healthcare provider must decide...!
